I am a cafe-hopper but a coffee-amateur; hence, I feel like it takes me hours to make a not too absurd comment about any cafes that specialize in coffee. So here is me trying to facsimile my family's sayings (who are mistresses of coffee) about Argento, because my review would not gain any of my friends' trust. As long as my relatives are satisfied with the coffee here, I believe words cannot come close to capturing and describing its excellence. Argento's coffee aroma is something that opens door to my long-closed desire for a cup of coffee, but I settled with sipping my mom's latte and "fighting" with my sister for some bits of her milk tea. Luckily, after stepping out of Argento , now I find that I can survive without the unhealthy bubble milk tea. Argento's interiors and atmosphere are simple but sufficient, with typical plastic stalls outside for someone who enjoys the night breeze, and wooden tables inside if you are hesitant to get out of the air-conditioner wind. Drinks are averagely 30,000 dong, reasonable enough for a night out among many over-rated Hanoi cafes. They also serve cakes, but I have not tried any, so please give me some comments if you have tried their pastries, especially their Red Velvet cake.
